Jeffrey Tabb, co-founder of PV Custom Homes, was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jeff is a 1990 graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing. For more than 30 years, Jeff has focused on building custom homes and renovating existing homes for his clients in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra Beach.
James Kathe, co-founder of PV Custom Homes, graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in Finance. Jim is a licensed building contractor with over 30 years of custom home building experience focusing on the coastal regions of Northeast Florida.
